Keep putting down mushrooms, farm the minions and prioritise your E (Posion Shot).
If you're playing against a champion who is auto-attack dependent, prioritise your Q (Blind shot)

At least that's how I play him, works every game lol

That's basically how I play Teemo too. I farm early prioritizing (E) and then use him as a jungler later on, using my mushrooms to watch lanes and prevent getting ambushed.
