New Work Setup

As you might have seen in the shoutbox yesterday I got a new Mac Pro at work. Here is a picutre of my new monitor setup, since the Mac Pro has two video cards. =D

I've yet to find a need for more than 2 monitors.

It has:
2 2.66Ghz Intel Xeon Processors
4 gigs ram
2 500GB hard drives
2 NVIDIA 7800 (I think) graphics card with Dual DVI Out on each
One dual layer DVD burner

The monitors are:
23" Apple Cinematic
20.1" Dell
17" Samsung
19" Dell

I really like leopard. There are little things that bother me every now and then but I feel that it is a definite step up from Tiger, and wouldn't go back. I belong to the Apple Developer Connection so I saw it go through each build and have had it on my MacBook Pro since before it came out and love it.

I wish. I would need another video card. I could actually add two more video cards and 4 more monitors if I wanted to and could convince the mission to buy more. One of those is my personal monitor that I brought in so I could have 4 just for kicks. I don't really use it at home because my computer is connected to my TV.

dang man that is just insane have 4 monitors. The mac is awesome.
