New Champion: Jinx

My thoughts about this champion. Her kit is hella over-powered and i think its by far the best kit on a adc so far if she been released. She got attack speed, has a ability to out-range than most of the adcs , snare , another copy of lucian's q which is more powerful annnnnnd a global ult. I think she can fit well in manamune build because of her q which cost mana.
