Language moderation on the servers

I was playing recently today and had seen a few very racially offensive words. This got me to thinking, how can we moderate this better. I have seen servers with a language plugin and would like to see if that is possible to put into play. This would serve as a "guardian" so to speak while admins are gone.

We have reasons as to why we have our admins do it themselves. It's mainly because it gives us more freedom as to how we choose to moderate our servers.

To add to Bryan's response, Language / swear plugin's do work, but once people catch on and figure out what words kick or ban you. They start coming up with creative ways to bypass this. Having admins actively on our servers is the best bet.

I have been looking at plugins for this exact thing, it has been a topic of coversation for a bit now. When we have a definitive choice it should be posted

As of now, there are no plans to implement an automated admin system, to do so would remove all eG's and eGO's of their rank.
