Battlefield 4 Hey guys!

I'm a Planetside 2 regular but I come from the DoD and BF2/3 scene. I haven't played Battlefield since August of 2012 and the upcoming release is generating quite a bit of excitement. Due to this, I've been considering getting back into the swing of all things Battlefield.

I'd like to know though, in your educated opinions, has the BF4 Beta been worth it? A friend of mine has been rather disappointed by it which has caused me to hesitate a bit.

Anyway, I'm considering picking up the Digital Deluxe so that I may test it out with you guys and shake off the rust. Feel free to share your thoughts!

Well Open Beta is in Oct 4th so I would wait and give the Beta a go to influence on your thoughts of the game.

NOTE: The Beta IS NOT, I REPEAT NOT Optimized very well due to heavy CPU loads and stutters in the Beta. Please keep in mind there are multiple crashes and lag spikes present as well.

Right on! I'll wait until open beta. I'll be on base all weekend but after that I'll make sure to begin hanging around the BF channels in Vent. Thanks for the reply!
