PC randomly crashing.

Well my pc has been randomly crashing (stopped sence i upgraded my pc build) but i kept the RAM and HDD's.
My pc has recently started crashing again (even with all my OC's off) and my temps run just fine.
I am not getting a BSOD or anything. just blank screen.

Specs?...hmm actually don't need'em.

1. From my research 0x000000124 some say it means something to do with voltages. Not enough PLL / Vcore. Resetting his clock speeds to default and resetting the BIOS helped fix this on his computer.

2. Make sure your motherboard bios, chipset drivers are up to date. (duh)

3. Are you running EasyTune for overclocking? (derp)

4. Get rid of that junk easytune, set everything back to default and/or overclock using the BIOS.

5. Oh and try running a memory diagnostic. Click on start, then type "Memory Diagnostic" in the search, click Windows Memory Diagnostic.

6. Lastly, Try updating your motherboard BIOS(as said above) that has worked for many people. Basically 0x124 just tells us that it is a hardware issue. That's it, that's all lol. But ill bet you'll have this fixed by tomorrow because there isn't too much to eliminate: Memory, drivers, motherboard, power, or a program conflicting with voltages.

Currently i do not have my CPU overclocked. Its on default voltage and clock speeds until winter hits :D
And i have my 7970 OC'd via CCC because im too lazy to go extreme with MSI Afterburner. Will try setting all clock speeds to default and seeing how it goes with my GPU.

Updating BIOS may fix it yeah. Or your gpu voltages are off a little. Try that
 
ran memtest swapping sticks on all 4 slots and all sticks passed multiple tests. Ran the disk check utility and it fixed some corrupted portions of my HDD and did a small bump of the voltages to my CPU and so far no crashes.
