Installer for Aurens/Yoohoos Mario Skin

Can someone test this out for me and verify that it installs and uninstalls correctly?

It works for me but I dont use a C:/ drive so I just needed to verify it worked for you guys.

The uninstaller will be way into the folders couldn't figure out a way to get it dynamic to the TF2 root.
