About this RTS i bought

I bought a low budget ($30) RTS called Supreme Commander

I wonder if anyone else has played or know about this game.

So far, its confusing on set-up but i got some idea on how to work it.

I just need to know any1's opinion on this.

Ive heard of the game, I was a at a LAN when a friend of a friend was playing it, looks like fun, graphics look nice as well, not sure if ill get it though.

Used to have it, its a fun game, probably my 2nd Favorite RTS (Dawn of war is still my fav), its fun for the HUGH battles that take place, 1000 vs 1000 vs 1000 type thing, haven't played it online though.

Low budget? Supreme Commander is a very highly rated RTS.

He means low budget as in the cost of the game to him I think.


I liked it, it was well done, it's just too much micro-management for me. I prefer my RTS games to be more Warcraft and less Command and Conquer.

Loved that game. like Lafin, the micromanagement killed me. I can't split my focus like that. it's why I can't play musical instruments, my brain can't handle that many tasks..

wat i mean by low budget is not to spend like $50 for it. I considered $30 a reasonable price and i was reading the ratings.

OMG, 6 E3 Awards, and one of them is IGN, DANG.

yea, i lost on my first skirmish (how sad) cuz my commander died and i was stupid to put him in combat. Other then that, i played as the Aeons, and they suck.

I'll stick to the Earth Team.
