Thats version 9, not version 10,which you have to pay for, it doesn't have nearly as much stuff and most add ons won't work on it.

As Darkea said the version you were looking at is Garry's Mod 9. Gmod 9 was a just a mod and was free. Garry's Mod 10 is the one that cost 10 dollars. And also if your looking for Garry's mod 2007 you need HL2:EP2 and TF2.
