I'm building a computer. Never done it before.

I'm currently working on building a computer. I've honestly never done this before, and would really appreciate some help. I've been using THIS website to work on a build, but can't really get the hang of it, even with reviews, etc. I have a price limit of 1500(Including a monitor), so if anyone can either suggest a build for me, or build a brand new one, that would be perfect.

A few notes:
I'd like to be able ot run games such as Battlefield 4 on HIGH settings, and have a decent SSD.(Maybe 124 gig) I already have a 1TB hard drive, so don't worry about that. Thank you!

Enthusiast is just above my price range, and I can live without a second monitor for a month or two. Thanks for the suggestion Sephiroth. I'll see what other people post, but I'm more than likely sticking with that build, minus the 2 1tb HDDs, since I really only need one.

Kanoa my suggestion for u is to forget ur 1tb drive as u can get a WD black drive which is made for high power computing and helps for around 85$ and i would recommend an 1-7 3rd gen and 16 gigs of ram

And with your price limit you will be able to play games on ULTRA if you get the right parts...

neon gray is cooler and hmm idk mine is just a simple 1k comp for now nothing special

Custom loops are very risky and I would highly advise against it.

His is obviously a closed loop CPU liquid cooler using a radiator out the back to draw the air out. These types of coolers require near to no maintenance.

I have seen a lot of Newegg replies. I personally had an issue with Newegg, and I use Tigerdirect.com. It is the website version of CompUSA. Either way, I would recommend buying a barebones kit from either website. You do need an operating system to go with it. I have used Windows all my life, but am getting used to Ubuntu Linux.

Getting off topic here, so anyway. If you want the expierence of building one from the ground up, do a barebones kit. They sell them at Tigerdirect and I believe Newegg has them as well. I can tell you a few things to look for. If you are going to get one with an AMD card, look for at least a Radeon HD 7770. Nvidia, you want it to be at least a GeForce GTX 650. Keep an eye out on what the graphics cards minimum PSU wattage is and what it comes with. AMD processors to look for are the FX processors with six cores. I had read somewhere for Intel processors that games can't fully utalize the technology of the i7 processors yet, so at least an i5. The motherboard, I would get one that is a full size ATX, and not a mini ATX. And those are my recomendations. I can clarify some if you need me to. Good luck, and have fun! Building your own PC is definetly worth it, because you can literally do whatever you want with it.
