Guys, I seriously need some help. My PVP.net Patcher is always 'not responding'!
Could anyone help me? Has anyone gotten this issue b4?

When you start up league there should be a settings button (on the page where you hit play). There is some sort of patching option that fixes problems most of the time.

Try running/opening the game as administrator, it might help.

Right Click
---> run as administrator

nvm guys, i found the solution, all i had to do is update my windows
