They're giving out a bear (rawr!) mask if you join the official Payday 2 group that gives you a free achievement if/when you equip it, as well as 33% more XP during the weekend.
And to boot? There's an offshore "casino" you can unload all that intangible cash that Bain keeps putting into some college scholarship fund at finally! Basically tell it whatever type of card you want (for varying prices in the millions), if you want "safe" cards (basically a guarantee one to three of the cards is the type you want), if you want it to be infamous (big chunk o' change for that option), and you get to choose a Payday card like after a heist with a possibly increased chance to get a specific card type! It's not a guarantee that you get the card you want (unless you put 3 safe cards in obviously), but it's a great way to attempt to buy things you want.

Oh yeah, Mask cards don't carry patterns, colors, and materials any longer, they finally have their own cards.
