Custom skins ok?

Just curious if custom skins are allowed on the servers, nothing to make anyone stand out anymore than anyone else, just the slick ones from banana, they've got some nice sticky gun skins, sentry, engy, etc.

And I hope that we'll run sv_pure eventually- it's REALLY easy to re-skin the spy so that it's visible when cloaked.

Anyone know where I should put the sentry skins? Everything else seems to be working fine (and looks really good) just wanted to add the sentry skins, tried the weapons folder, materials folder and neither worked. Thanks in advance.
