Laptop ._.

Explain to me why you're buying a NINE THOUSAND dollar laptop, when the only issue with your old computer is malware....?

Well. It's not really me who's buying it. BUT. I use to drop the old laptop.... like many times on accident so the people who are buying the laptop just said hey. heres this this and this. Don't drop this laptop but if you do, it's a heavy duty one that will survive the fall.

There was a large crack in the screen on the old one making the touch screen ability useless

also has External battery for longer battery life, touch screen. Nice ram and hardware. Feels like a brick it's that damn heavy...

They're buying you another laptop after you broke the first one? good god.

Still.....9k for a laptop?

Not even apple could pull that off.

Can you link me to this laptop? I want to look at this thing...

Of course, it makes perfect sense.

It simply cannot be $9000, you know? Where's the tax? The shipping cost?

Anyways, a computer with such a high price should deserve a lot of care. I mean, take a look at this beastly beaut.

This costs over more than meets the eye and deserves the finest placement in a room, no matter what.

Where did you get a picture of my toaster.

I smell a gullible person....or persons? Do any of you suffer from multiple personality disorder?

I've seen laptops over 9,000... usually have diamonds and other luxury accessories that do not boost performance.
exhibit A the EGO for Bentley $20,000

exactly, I highly doubt a school district will ever provide laptops to students that is:
A) that expensive, due to budgets, etc
B) has those specs, christ you could do schoolwork on a netbook for christ sake.

wait school district? I smell dell since its government and such expense. [not bad in the right hands as i have one]

It's times like these I really appreciate building my own rig. A fraction of the price with greater or equal gaming power. The only problem is it's not a laptop, so going to LAN parties can be a bit awkward.

Looks a bit like that yes. And Seph I'm as surprised as you are on the fact they are buying it. Currently waiting on the mail man.

Since your school district has so much cash to burn, I know to whom I'll be forwarding my law school tuition bills.

To be honest - That looks to be the biggest waste of money since... I dont even know...

You could get a laptop with just as good specs and most of its security is just water proofing and security software which wont cost 9k... It sounds like either your school is getting ripped off or youre being ripped off from their sales.
