What's the story behind your name?

I used to play the original DoD with my dad, who had the oh-so-witty name of Death. Seeing as nothing is certain but death and taxes, I took Taxes as my name.

Dad doesn't play anymore, but the name's still with me.

Cigarjohn's name!

I used to work in a tobacco shop and everytime I would go out on the town after work, people who would recognize me in public didn't know my name so they always said, "hey, it's that cigar dude". Then after a while, they eventually learned that my name was John when the came and visited me at work and started to call me Cigarjohn.

"Hey, Cigarjohn, how you doing?" So the name kind of stuck with me. For 11 1/2 years thats all I heard was Cigarjohn. Even when I met new people, I always introduced myself as Cigarjohn, not just John. It sticks in peoples minds easier. And; no matter where I hanged out, I would always had a large cigar in my hand. And would always carry a dozen cigars or so with me cause so many people always asked me for a cigar. And if I didn't have any to give-out, I would feel guilty when smoking alone. So I always had cigars with me.

And I always took care of all the cigar smoking police officers and would get in the nightclubs free of charge. And I would take care of all the bartenders and bouncers; whether it was cigars or cigarettes, and they would always give me free drinks all night long. And would always let me stay afterwards to continue drinking while they were cleaning up the club. I always left when they would leave.

Life isn't a one-way-street! I took care of everybody and they always took care of me.

And even today; since I haven't been around the bar scene in Pittsburgh and out of the tobacco store in 4 years now, people still remember me and still take care of me.

I was new to gaming when I discovered TF2 and eGO. I had heard the word n00b used a few times and figured that's what I was. Little did I realize that it is mostly considered a derogatory term and it sometimes gives people on a server second thought on what to call me on voice. I do not offend easily and decided to stick with it.

I really don't remember too much, but it had to do with Age of Mythology, and I had the idea to make up a name to sound like an Indian chieftan, so 'Rad' comes from red, and 'aka'... I dunno, it just sounded cool.

I know most people hear dont even get my name, apparently, but in-game its Mein Kamphy Chair, and there's really no story behind it. -_- I just got the idea from a kinda similar name I saw in Wulfenstein: ET, and it stuck.

Those who get my name generally find it hilarious, but like I said, apparently not many people do get it. =

And, Anti-Virus was derived from me.. Not liking virus', Now, if you are on my steam friends, I am -NaMeLeSS- This came to be... cause... well... I have no friends not srsly. But i have moments where i feel nameless and invisible.
