plz help

ok steam isnt workng for me im getting an error message saying

Steam.exe ( main exception): unable to start steam eigine: *steamstartengine(0x12e8b8) failed with error 1: the registry is in use by another process, timeout expired

so i have no idea what that means, and even less of a clue how to fix it other than reinstalling.

did you delete the .blob files?
