This may be subject to changes. Try checking newegg if you need info on the parts in english
 
I would suggest to post this under tech talk, to get more feedback.
Personally win8 isnt so bad once you have installed classicshell, plus it is recommended requirement for bf4

10k Norwegian kroner (1650 us dollar)
This build went approxmatly 84 dollar over. But i can go with that
 
That site is having you overpay on everything. For example the GPU is over priced $100 USD and also received poor reviews on newegg
 
I have windows 8 on my laptop and honestly it isn't that bad. If you don't have a touch screen just remove all the things you don't use from metro and you won't have a scroll bar to worry about.

yes i would suggest building on newegg. may even be able to fit a 550W PSU and 7870, plus double the ram for that price.
