Ah, Halloween is finally upon us in the TF2niverse. Now that eGO has a Halloween Rotation server and a soon-to-be Helltower server, it's time for a refresher on our favorite bosses and their rewards!
Halloween Event 2009
This was a fairly basic event. There was no boss, but here are all the achievements:

Attack o' Lantern: Cause the deaths of 5 players by exploding nearby pumpkin bombs.

Candy Coroner: Collect 20 Halloween pumpkins from dead players and unlock the Midly Disturbing Halloween Mask.

Costume Contest: Kill a Spy disguised as your current class!

Ghastly Gibus Grab: Dominate a player wearing the Ghastly Gibus to earn your own! (Can be earned at any time on any map)

Scared Stiff: Kill a player scared by a ghost! (Can be done on the event Harvest, Eyeaduct, and Manor)
Halloween Event 2010
Our first boss! Can you believe it?!

Sleepy Holl0WND: Kill the Horsless Headless Horsemann. (Rewards Horsless Headless Horsemann's Head hat)

Gored!: Collect the Horsless Headless Horsemann's Haunted Metal Scrap. (Can ONLY be done by killing the Horsemann with a melee weapon)

Sackston Hale: Craft the Saxton Hale Mask. (Obtain all nine class halloween masks and craft them together)
Halloween Event 2011
The Demoman's EYE! Loot Island! Bombnomicon!

Optical Defusion: Kill MONOCULUS! (MONOCULUS has a buff against automatic weapons. Using the Heavy's minigun or Pyro's flamethrower will do
next to nothing. The Hunstman, a pistol, or even a shotgun will deal more damage, killing him rewards the Monoculus hat)

Dive Into A Good Book: Get to Loot Island and claim your reward! (Jump into the portal [or whatever it is] MONOCULUS leaves
after he is killed. Will reward the Bombnomicon misc.)
Halloween Event 2012
Bosses with voice acting and Loot Island...again.

A Lovely Vacation Spot: Get to Skull Island and claim your reward! (Same as Dive Into a Good Book)

Wizards Never Prosper: Kill MERASMUS! (Hint: Look for the prop that bleeds green blood when attacked)
