Not getting the Team Fortress 2 Halloween update

Low quality models for the skeletons on Helltower are either corrupted or are just not compiled correctly, high quality settings fixes the issue. Hopefully someone, whether it be VALVe or a modder, will fix the low quality models.

As for not updating at all, I know it's a tired suggestion, but reinstalling could help. It'll install the patch already integrated in the game files, instead of just adding them in. It could be the key, but I'm not sure.

The switching regions really should work. You might have to try a couple times, but eventually I got it downloading on my third region switch (turns out Norway is the bomb; Cambodia let me down).

I think I've been on Portugal for about a year now. All my updates come from that server XD
