Never got around to watching that one. Got kind of burned out on low-budget haunted house/possession movies.

Last horror film I saw was Freaks... Still creeps me out every time I watch it.
Most recent would be Cabin in The Woods which I would of never saw if not for you (outstanding horror gem)
But my all time favorites are the classics.

I like horror movies every now and then, Halloween is prime time for this stuff.
I think my favorite horror movies are in the horror-action movie genre. I call it horraction for short.
Alien (all of them really)
The Thing (1980something, and 2000somethings versions)
Leviathan (Awesome underwater base monster movie)
Virus (Ghost ship alien-robot movie)
The Relic (Some monster is in a museum messing dudes up who are locked in said museum)

Oh man, I wish I could see Evil Dead 2 again for the first time. I love that movie.

Recently checked out The Conjuring. Highly recommend it
Then theres the anti-thesis Jason Takes Manhattan. Watch it for the laughs, less for the screams.
Also: The Last House on the Left (more of a thriller than horror, at least for the second half), Maniac (the remake is astonishingly violent and creepy), and You're Next (the Cabin in the Woods of home invasion movies)

Let The Right One In- Great Swedish horror film. Vampirism done right.
Rare Exports- Good Christmas time horror movie from Finland. Funny, gory, kinda scary but not really. Kind of subversive.
Sheitan- Worth it to watch Vincent Cassel, seems like he had a lot of fun with the role. Fairly straightforward. I would only watch this if you are a fan of his work. French.
The Stuff- Total shlock, completely awesome. Come for the old man eating random white goop he finds on the ground, stay for Michael Moriarty electrocuting a sentient mound of shaving cream. Truly a film for the ages.
Pandorum- If you liked Event Horizon or Alien(s) you will probably enjoy this one.
