It's okay, I'm trying to figure out what value this program provides. Other than a couple steam friend adds a while I've gotten very little out of it.

I've wondered if Bro's may be a bit putting off to any new female members to eGO (while not a large population, still should be accounted for, if we are being inclusive)

If you feel like you've gotten nothing out of this program I'm sorry to hear. If you want I'll talk to you more about this on STEAM to see what we are specifically lacking.

I honesty would like a clarification on how this system actually works. It seems as if Cs recruits go without a 'bro' so to speak. It seems that maybe only the people that get recruited by bros are affected and that is only a select few. I could be completely wrong but I would like a clarification

Basically, an O is partnered with an e and shows them what eGO has to offer (TeamSpeak, forums, events, etc.) and is available to answer the e's questions, if the e has any. We essentially serve as a middle ground for the e to get plugged into the community and get to know other members.

That's how I view this program as. And what I got when Drew-X was my CS:Bro. I could be missing a few things, however.

Right now it's not possible for all CS Recruits to get a bro, but I'm working on expanding the program to make sure we get more then we are. We get a lot of members in this Division and it's hard and long progress to make sure we try and talk and meet everyone of them.

I'm trying to make sure most Recruits do get a bro though and I'm always working with the best interest of everyone in the Division
