Battlefield 4 Like to play more organised?

This is hilarious... I posted a thread on the BF2 forums a few weeks ago asking if anyone knew where this group went since the web address I had from 5 years ago didn't work anymore... and here they are.

I spent many, many months with 9MC and loved the time with them. The whole community was extremely organized and taught me so much about how to get more from the game. They truly made me a better player and I would love to get back into the organized army play.

One question tho... would eGO prefer to try and be on the same army to fight together?

They proberly will let guys stick together in 1st campaign since you don't know anybody else other than fellow clan members. However as a new campaign comes they will mix guys up since you properly know other community members.
 
This does sound rather interesting. I'll fully review the guidelines when I get home since I don't have the time right at this moment. :D

Hey Dibs, I currently am part of this and can clearly tell you that it is not taking members from eGO. Think of it more like a tourny that everyone can join and have organized structured play. During battles each squad has its own sort of mission and is controlled overall by a General. They use teamspeak and focus on working as both squads and as a team to accomplish a goal. For example one squad will be in charge of anti armor whereas another will be in charge of securing and detonating the bomb.

The dates for the event are pretty simple, for EU they have their battles on Friday, and NA has theirs on Saturday. It starts at Noon PST and consists of iirc 2 6 hour battles with a break in between.


I played this last week and had quite a lot of fun, if you are looking for squads/teams that communicate and all focus on a objective this should peak your interest.

When you sign in, after being randomly assigned to an army they will ask you if you have any preference on your squad/platoon I am not sure how it works but if you post that you prefer to be with eGO members I am sure they would try to fit you in with a squad containing some eGO members.

Yeah I figured all of that out on my own, I am a part of it as well however my work schedule makes it hard to play in the battles. :(

Thanks for answerring the questiong Too_Tall. And it actually is exactly the way you discribes it.

One thing though. EVERYONE can join both Friday AND saturday battles. Yes, Friday battles are slightly more EU friendly, however we rescheduled or, moved back the battlestart to 16:00 EST to make it more NA friendly.

We are currently playing the BF4 Beta campaign. No, not BF4 beta, but our own beta campaign playing BF4. This is to test things for our own type of organised play, to work around bugs and glitches etc etc. So right now the campaign is a 'Random only' campaign. When you click the 'GO RANDOM' button after registering to the forums, you will automatically be placed on an army. This is to mix up ALL the players, old and new and let teams be build from scratch.

When this campaign ends (end of this year), the admins (i'm one of them) will decide what type of enlisting system we will use. It could be a draft, it could be our old way (3 choice mechanism: 1. random 2. have someone sponser you or 3. pay a small fee to join an army of your own choice. BTW ALL payments are use to provide for server/website/maintenance/ts etc. costs. But it will ALWAYS be possible to play for free.).
 
This sounds right up my ally, reviewing the guidelines and all as we speak but I am down.
 
I'd join, but BF4 runs terribly with AMD's current drivers, sooo no thanks for now.
 
comon guys, join up. A new campaign will start in the first week of Januari so join the fun!
