Before I make a comment, I have just 1 question: why do you need a monitor but not a keyboard and mouse?

Not only is it cheaper already, its on a $10 discount. One of the reasons why I chose this memory is because you can modify the voltage on the memory while doing an oc.

I just realized that you dont even have a heatsink fan in order to properly oc. Heres a good suggestion: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-cpu-cooler-rrb10212pg1

i already have my keyboard and mouse with which im comfortable
also im gonna use the stock heat sink for now
that is good ram but i specifically got the ones in my build because their timings are at 1866
 
i had the same thought but when i looked at them the prices matched up

Memory = reliability & lifetime warranty

PSU = Reliability

Case= bang for the buck! Look at the awesome features over $200 case features for less than $100!

I agree with sushi and i already ordered my case
the gskill sniper are also a lifetime warranty
 
I hate to break this to ya, but most memory offer a lifetime warranty as it is. Now when it comes to the psu, how many years warranty does it have? If it doesnt come with at least 3 years, then your getting screwed. The psu needs to have anywhere from 3-5 year warranty to make it worth the purchase.
