You've all seen the 'Only in Battlefield' videos released by DICE/Battlefield/EA where it looks like 'gamers' share their Battlefield 4 gametest moments. I can assure you that those are actual gamers who they interviewed, because I was part of that group that got to play the game in this video.

The interviews were all real people, but the gameplay footage was definitely something they added separately/not us. I don't know how they'd be able to use our gameplay considering how much the game was crashing then. They didn't use my interview in a video, but that's probably because I was the first Commander of the playtest, and Commander on Paracel Storm can't drop tomahawks.
It was still the most fun I had playing Battlefield that month, and absolute torture waiting for that Open Beta to begin after playing it.
