No, the barrel's too long, the handguard isn't right, it doesn't have a pistol grip, FN is a German(or something like that) company that the British wouldn't use.
Perhaps the british version of an M14?

There have been so many times that I've shot a head, seen a blood spot appear, and have nothing happen. The shot doesn't register; the hitsound doesn't even play. It's really stupid, and mostly only happens when there is a lot of movement, like when I'm shooting at a scout.
