Battlefield 4 BF4 Core parking CPU lag "fix"

Hello All!

Found this while looking around the internet on why a lot of people are getting spikes and lag. I am gonna try it and I will let you know how it works.

So far so good. Seems to have stabilized my fps with about a 10 fps average increase. Lag seems to be a bit better especially in things like while the storm is rolling in Paracel.
