2 Problems all in one thread!

1st: Are there any ways to recover data from my failed 1tb external hdd? It's beeping and flashing and whatnot and just wanted to know if there were ways of getting at least some data back.

2nd: In BF4 with all settings set to low, i see little white line flashes and what looks like the white noise snow while im playing. It's only noticable when theres a black screen because its so feint but idk wat it is.

brand new computer. i5 3.2 hz, Rad 9780 2 GB, new moniter. Help plox?

1st.

Take out HDD From External Case.
Plug HDD into tower.
Run @Active File Recovery (Find similar progs, its what I use at work).
Recover your data.

Actually if its just the external enclosure thats bad you should just be able to swap external enclosures.

i already had multiple internal hdd failing on me and losing all data is a pain.

Actually if its just the external enclosure thats bad you should just be able to swap external enclosures.

If he just plugs it directly into a sata port he wouldnt have to use any programs what so ever and doesnt need any file recovery systems if its just the enclosure. Which I highly doubt its just an enclosure.

I am guessing your hard drive is going bad. Unless you give me an exact model so I can read the manual to see what these flashing lights mean I can help further.
