I'll just limit myself to the Technical Quality:

1. There's alot of artefacting (the little squares) in the first one, the second one is better (boss fight). Did you change some settings between the first video and the second video because the quality in the second one is alot better?
2. 1080p
3. PC
5. Make sure you don't have the Bandicam logo on the footage but I'm guessing you're still trying it out.

Some questions of my own, since I've never used Bandicam.

Did you edit it in a separate program after you recorded it or can you do it within Bandicam?

Because the artefacting could have been introduced by Bandicam, after you've rendered it with the editing program (you'd need different settings to improve the result), or finally by Youtube itself (last year they switched their compression method and even big Youtubers saw files uploaded with previously good settings come out artefacted.

But as I said, the second video doesn't seem to have the artefacting issues.
