For the first time in over 5 years, I don't have to work that day. Much TF2 will be played and some anime will be watched.

Going Water Skiing/Inner-tubing/Knee-boarding on the local lake with my entire family.

Spend it with family, stuffing my face. But we also get to try new recipes or food combinations, which is fun for both planning and execution. I always get the entr?e.

This year my contribution is apple cider brined smoked and slow roast goose with cranberry/port/habanero sauce and maple-infused sweet potato puree. I haven't cooked a goose before, and only tried it once about 20 years ago.

We had a huge family-wide feast. Like cousins, aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, all that.

The guys deer hunt in the morning, usually from 5:00 am to 2:00 pm, while the wives and moms stay home and cook a huge feast. Us men would come back, clean up, help with whats left to cook, and eat while watching football. Then the kids would play games, go outside and ride 4-wheelers or something. It's a great way to spend a fall day with family!

I am sir-eat-a-lot but also an other. I do an annual Turkey day ride on Thanksgiving and this year it's on my birthday
