For today is the day.
The Day.
Of the Doctor.

50 years ago on this day, the greatest British science fiction television show, Doctor Who, aired its first episode, the day after Kennedy's assassination.

For decades, it featured a heroic and merciful Time Lord from the planet Gallifrey only known as "The Doctor". He traveled in a blue 1960s police phone box, which was bigger on the inside and contained a machine that allowed him to travel anywhere and any-when, romping around the universe and bumping in to heroes, villains, monsters, aliens, and of course, humans, all combined to make one amazing adventure.

Now, after being modernized and broadcast with young actors and vivid colors and CGI, the amount of viewers has skyrocketed.

SO.
Who is excited for its 50th Anniversary special today?!
 
Where did he get his degree?
What is he a doctor of?
Should we trust him with our kids?
THINK OF THE CHILDREN!

He's 900 years old, he's a doctor of just about anything with all the time on his hands.

probably, kinda busy, but the lady wants to, so it'll probably get done, and then we can all scream and shout about its awesomeness.

Can't wait for tonight's special and especially for the Christmas Special. Dr. Who is very special in this house. We have been looking forward to this for a long time.

You never forget your first Doctor, mine was the 9th. (but 10 easily is the favorite)
Dalek's are easily defeat by a flight of stairs.
The Doctor is 900 years old and a time lord.. but you, your just a rabbit. (something along those lines)

They repeat things many times over.

I am guilty of this.

I missed the premiere because I was isolated from civilization for the weekend, but I had someone record it.
