Backburner pyros rarely use M2, so I wouldn't be surprised if someone thought it got a recent buff.

Ammo cost for reflecting is still rediculous. Would rather use stock over backburner. unless its a map like upward where u have alot of room to flank.

The joke is that in the screen shot it shows a multi-reflect kill with the Backburner. The Backburner isn't usually used for airblasting so that's where the subverting expectations comes in, thus creating a joke. I hope this explains it better for you Kazoo.
