Weird game/keyboard problem?

Has anyone else noticed whenever you Alt-Tab or Ctrl-Alt-Del out of DoD, for some reason when you come back in, your console button ( `) and Backspace button do not work (there may be others but I don't know of them)? The only way I can leave the game and come back to see these buttons work is if I hit my windows button and leave. I tried this with CS:GO and i got the same thing. I also tested it on 2 different keyboards and got the same result. Any suggestions?

When you get back into the game, did you try just hitting the ALT key and then retrying the ALT+TAB method?

No I did not. I will try that next time I'm in DoD:S
