Audio Issues

hi guys heres one for ya! so this morning when i was on my laptop (dell inspiron 1545 ) my audio was working perfectly fine i get off of it because i had you plans to go places well then i get back home like 3 4 hours later wanting to just get on and game but i noticed something weird...NO SOUND what so ever my device manager said that it was working which it wasnt went on youtube to try it out i can see the green bar going up and down on the volume mixer but no sound coming out of headset or laptop speakers now i then restarted it still nothing uninstalled the audio driver did nothing uninstalled and reinstalled now it works but my volume level is at 100 but it is very low quality it sais its at 100 but really it sounds like its at 30 I could use some help with this. Thanks for your time.

Oh and i forgot i can only hear this through my turtle beaches if i unplug them and just try to use laptop speakers i still hear wait for itttt....... Nothing :/
