The bad thing/s that happened to you today

Hit a pothole driving to work. Put a bubble in one of my tires...good bye last security paycheck.

Technically wasn't me, but it affected me so...

Power went out for about 14 seconds tonight here, and after occurring I heard electricity arcing (you know, the high voltage stuff you can actually hear). Discover a little later a car nailed the light pole about +/-100 yards from my house and they've closed the main entrance into the housing development due to it.

So yea... I'm trying to sell my 1972 GMC Sprint (El Camino) and I can't get it to start. The battery reads 12.6 but still no start. I'm so confused :S. $1,300 is what I'm asking lol... Gosh I'm so ready to get it out of the garage.

Wooooow, just got some new information on this... Apparently the guy hit one pole and then sheared another clean off. Cops say he was going at least 80mph in a 35 zone, and has a history of this type of stuff.

He's being held on $2,000,000 bail currently.

/edit

God, and there were apparently 4 other people in the car too. Two were ejected when the pole ripped the right rear door off, one died on the scene and the other's in critical condition w/ internal injuries...

My car just broke down on my way to work. 2nd day of work not a real good impression D:

Got test results today from one of my two cats. She tested positive for cancer. Letting the vet play it by ear since he said they've had good results with just a steroid injection since her liver is also being medicated for an unrelated problem and she wouldn't react well to the chemo...

umm OK

almost overslept for work, pouring down rain and freezing cold outside, broke a coffee pots and 2 bowls at work, cut up two pans full of grilled chicken and forgot to put tin foil on the pan before i put it back in the oven too finish cooking *dried it out some*, put two disposable pans of beef vegetable soups in a camo to deliver along with cubed steaks and green beans and the top two pans feel some and got soup all over my clothes and my bosses van, forgot the Styrofoam bowls for one of my delivery's and made me late for my second delivery making me run to store to buy some and run back, almost burnt 2 sheet pans of potatoes au grain, couldn't find two boxes of dinner rolls in freezer, and oh ya almost slipped and fell at cookout * a local fast food place* when i got off work to get me something too eat when i got off work

PS..S a camo is a insulated plastic box we use to put hot food in when delivering

I spend all day and night writting papers yesterday, went to bed at about 3am after a quick run in dods and tf2. I overslept till just pass 1pm and had to cab it to school. It was quite bad. In the end it turned around and the professor didnt mark my work as late.

My best friend is gone. :(

On March 6, 2014 I had to rush my cat 'Baby' to the hospital to find out that he had Lymphoma Cancer. We had to put him to sleep on March 8, 2014. He died in my arms. His loss is still very painful. He came from a litter of 10+ cats and was approximate 5 years old. I had him for 4.3 of those years. He has a brother that was born the same time he was and one of my neighbors has him. I see him once in a while and he seems to be doing well. My cat caught Leukemia at a young age.

What hurts me the most is that he got a raw deal in life. Most cats life expectancy is between 15 to 20+ years.

I buried him with all his toys and photos of Mom and I holding him.

Given that I'm going through something extremely close to you, I feel for ya. Muska hasn't eaten or really drank anything in the last 48 hours. Her appointment today had the vet want us to call him tomorrow afternoon on if she's eaten or drank anything, and if she hasn't it's probably time to put her to sleep...

What's worst for me is the fact that Baby there looks an awful lot like my cat DC, and while she's not sick or anything right now she's getting up there in her years... :crying:

Today my Dog god diagnosed with bladderstones. One of which is stuck in the urethra.. this requires an operation to remove. The final cost will be around $1500.. SO today is a bad day for my dog and my wallet! :b
I hope everyone else is having a better day than and my dog!

I bought a sweet pair of LED tailights for my car.

Can't even see them because my housings are tinted flat black :l
