What is the best video card you could get with $100-$120. Yeah, I know thats not the best to work with but it wouldn't be a challenge if it was more. My current video card is only 128 megs so it shouldn't be too hard to top that. Nerd advice needed!

The New 128MB G92 8800GT that was announced by EVGA. Rumoured to be 189$, and works better than a 320MB 8800GTS.
Right now? An 8600GS probably.

If you like ATI their Radeon X1950 is also in that price range, along with Radeon HD 2600 Pro. They only difference between the two is that the 2600 is directX 10 compatible.

I agree, i just got the 8600 GTS for $100! It was half price

It's a factory overclocked Radeon 2600xt. The price before rebate is a bit over your price range, though. Was about $140 for me before rebate, after shipping and such.
Great card so far, it's bottlenecked atm though, because I'm waiting for my new cpu to get here.
As far as 2600 vs 8600, they're both about the same. The 8600 works with AA a bit better than the 2600, but it still doesn't do well above 4xAA. The factory overclock and bigger fan on this particular card mean that you don't have to worry about heating, and it's fully covered by warranty.
