I'm so pumped about the S.Solemn Vow. Easily my favorite Medic melee weapon (and arguably the best, Ubersaw be durned). Now I just have to wait for the market to flood. There's no way I'm giving some knucklehead opportunist trader 4-5 ref for one.

Sigh, I paid 4.44 for it. But I've wanted a S. Solemn Vow for ages. Easily the best wep like you said.

As to ezekiel, I shoot teammates with the crossbow, don't you worry.

Also, I'm nearing 275 solemn vow kills as I type this.

Crit rate increases based on damage done over the past 20-30 seconds (I forget which). In the case of a Medic, damage done by a healing target counts. So, since Medics are often healing power classes, Medics often possess the full boost, which can add up to a 60-65% crit chance on melee attacks. Combined with the fact that the Medic is the second fastest class, he is a very dangerous melee character at times. So yes, in practice he actually does crit X times more than normal.
