Is Steam not working for anyone?

[Phomazing]

I don't know why my steam isn't working, but it won't connect to the internet. Also, I can't seem to even get onto the steampowered.com website. Is Steam currently down or doing maintenance? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

Never mind. I restarted my computer and it seems online now.
