Real or Fake?

I seem to find these ridiculous deals online alot, and i find myself wondering if they are real, or fake?

This website i present to you is called rogermadison.com and they are selling a Yamaha NTX700 for $320.78 which if you look at the prices on ebay, thats a steal.

can you guys give me a looksee and tell me if it is legit?

Also, could i use this to guitar center's "match competitors price" advertisement?

Lastly, post some things in this thread you might not understand, and lets all help eachother.

If a deal seems too good to be true then it probably is. Looking over the site I'm very confused as to how you found the link you did. When I click home it takes me to some what I believe are books to buy. It all seems super sketchy, there's no contact us page/company info page and they mention things being sold in an as is/as seen condition which I'm not a fan of. As for the guitarcenter price match, it's worth a try, worst case scenario is they say no.
