A big shout out to Radio, who had fifty-seven ubercharges recorded today and takes home the Nine-Pipe Problem, one of the many shifty and gently used items in my backpack! We settled on that item after it became clear she had every other Medic item in the universe.

Also, my apologies for bringing my entire entourage into her TS room as one of the unintended consequences of being incredibly charismatic.

Day Eight begins! This one's an easy one, kids.

Much as I'm entertained by someone hurting Kazoo, those old screenshots are ineligible. It looks like nobody wanted to claim today's prize. Oh well. I guess there's nothing to do but look forward to the eleventh day. Maybe someone will try for this one:

Amazing what a little willingness to play my games does, right? Sonic Team developed a game for the Sega Saturn in the late 90s and one of its scrapped ideas for a boss was the character Selph, whose theme was Know Thyself!

(interestingly, or maybe not if you're dull, "know thyself" is an aphorism attributed to the Greek sage Thales of Miletos)

That game was called NiGHTS Into Dreams... And since NiGHTS Into Dreams... was developed by Sonic Team, today's prize is the Sonic Team classic Sonic the Hedgehog for the MegaDrive/Genesis. Give your congratulations to Tomain, who takes home this sweet prize on Steam!

Jhnsn's video was a prime example of the giving spirit of the holidays. ;)

Caelmas has passed, but don't feel too badly. Part of the fun is in waiting for this happiest of holidays. Thanks to everyone who participated, congratulations to everyone who won, and see you next year!​
