'Twas the night before Smissmas, and it was quiet throughout the house.
Not a single class was stirring, not even the scout!
In the Intel room stood a grand tree, 20 feet tall.
Underneath were hats and miscs, there were gifts for all!
Suddenly, there came trouble for blu on the night of Smissmas yore,
When the entirety of the red team showed up at their front door!
They came in quietly, not even waking a mouse,
And they stole everything from the entire house!
They took the weapons, the buds, the keys, the whoopee cap,
They left nothing, not even a scrap!
Then came a sight that nobody should see,
As they took the burning team captain off the top of the Smissmas tree!
Red team left the house, now empty of festivity,
When all of the sudden, Saxton Hale fell down the chimney!
He came armed with all sorts of holiday cheer,
Bells and lights, weapons, and a hat for the engineer!
He decorated the fort with new Smissmas spirit,
He moved so quietly, not even the medic could hear it!
With the mood more cheerful he left,
Surely someone would appreciate his work so deft.
As the classes woke up, the sun was still low,
They had their weapons and backpacks in tow.
Spy went to go check the tree,
He couldn't take in all there was to see!
There were new hats and miscs and weapons galore,
There was a new all-class hat for all 9 men to adorn!
He called down the rest of the mercs to witness this joy,
The Pyro had an axe he would surely enjoy!
Hale's delivered gifts again, not a day late,
And that marked the start of the new Smissmas update.

T'was the night the night before Christmas, when all through the base Not a creature was stirring, Except Scout, which is always the case The hats were all hung by the chimney with care, everyone unaware that a Spy was currently there.
The Pyro was nestled all snug in their bed, While visions of balloonicorns danced in their head. And Heavy in his ?kerchief, and I in my cap, Had just settled our brains for a long winter?s nap.
When out on the point there arose such a clatter, I sprang from the bed to see what was the matter. Away to the window I flew like a Scout, Tore open the shutters and started to shout.
The moon on the breast of the new-fallen snow Gave the lustre of mid-day to objects below. When, what to my wondering eyes should appear, But a lot of blood, and one dead engineer.
I called for the Soldier, who came with a cry. He said he knew it was the work of a spy! He ran to the barracks, eager to mame, And he whistled, and shouted, and called them by name!
"Now Medic! now, Heavy! now, Sniper and Pyro! Up, Scout! Up, Spy! Up, You Damn Demo! There's a Spy in our base, men! I said a spy! Now, get up all of you! Let's hear your battle cry!"
As they left the base, full of BLU pride, They didn't seem to notice when another had died. When they found the Sniper's body, they heard another die, They realized that this was no ordinary Spy.
And then, in a twinkling, I heard strange sound Yet when I looked, there was no one around. As I looked back out from the hideout I made, Down went the Heavy at the end of a blade.
He was dressed all in red, from his head to his foot, I blinked once, and then the Medic was kaput. A bundle of disguises he had in his hand, He flicked a cigarette onto the blood-stained land.
He vanished from sight as the others gave chase, deciding now was the time to change his face, He stepped from the shadows, now dressed in blue Wearing a headset and cap, wielding a bat too.
They were confused by the sudden new Scout, That is, until the Demoman let out a shout. "One of ye's real, and the other's not! One o' ye's a Spy! And ye will rot!"
The new Scout laughed and pointed to the other, "Man, this clown's a joke! What a bother!" The Pyro stepped forward and pointed his gun, Both Scouts flinched, but one chose to run.
They chased the Scout, who panicked and fled, Not even noticing one more was dead. The Scout slowed down, as if to linger In his hand, he held the Dead Ringer.
He sprang from the shadows, killing them quick, The carnage he made would make a grown man sick. As he left with the intel, he said quite snide, "Happy Christmas to you all, I never was on your side!"
