Hey guys!
Just wanted to say hello, since I got my promotion to eGO this morning. That was my goal, since day one about 4 years ago when I was recruited.
I started in Insurgency. eGO's INS servers were the only ones that were pretty populated back then, and I caught myself returning to their servers to play. I put maybe 20-30 hours into their server alone, until I was recognized by a former recruiter. KR Decade was the one who accepted my eGO application (and looking back at it, I feel stupid xD), but I feel like my journey through the ranks and with the players here at Edge Gamers has been a great one!
I have constantly advertised this clan through my Facebook page, which is nearing 8,000 fans, as well as to my customers at Best Buy who purchase gaming PC parts. I have made WAY too many friends, and I have learned so many new things since I joined, and I just want to thank you all for the wonderful journey. Unfortunately, due to military involvement, I haven't been able to sit down and play a good 3-4 hour game of Counter Strike like I used to, but don't worry, I'll be in the servers from time to time. Then I can hug you, Terror.
And yes, I feel I should honor Drew for being such a sweet guy (yes I kinda do like him >~>). He has answered every question, fixed every issue, and turned every frown upside down that I have ever had in the past. He is the one who helped me get my G, so without him, I wouldn't be where I am now. Gaming with him on his laggy single core PC is soooooo much fun, and Drew... I honestly hope to see you in future games! <3
