Ps4 vs. Xbox one

Wondering whats everyones opnion would be on this I've been a ps fan till the xbox 360 now I dunno if it would be a good decision to go back to the ps4 I had the ps3 for 4 hours and took it back when it first came out.

I'm not to sure about the specs on these systems, other than they both have Blu-Ray players now. I suggest going with what you're most comfortable with. Although I don't like the fact Microsoft didn't make the Xbox One backwards compatible.

If I were to get a console this Gen.. it would be the PS4 for Kingdom Hearts, Watchdog and Metal Gear. The PC has the graphical advantage anytime

Metal Gear was a good game at that Snake Eater was more developed didn't really play ps3 that much to get into it.

PS4 is more for gaming, while Xbox One is more of an entertainment system now, is what I have heard.

PS4 any day of the week! Although Xbox seems to have a better designed online network, PlayStation always had better games, hardware, and systems IMO.

Honestly, that's not really a big issue. NES, SNES, Gamecube, Playstation, PS2, PS3, PS4; it's not that big of a deal and it's not like you're going to throw away your old system when you buy a new one. All it does is save space, but would you rather pay another $100 or so for backwards compatibility? When Sony removed BC from the PS3, the price dropped down by about that much (though I got one of the originals so I can still play the few PS2 titles I have, namely Persona 3 and 4)

Only thing interesting about the Xbox One is Killer Instinct. But, that isn't enough of a reason to get one.

Meanwhile, PS4 seems like it will have better exclusives, and there's no way I would ever play Metal Gear on an Xbox.

Well it all depends for me, If I did end up getting an Xbox One, I'd most likely end up selling my 360 and if I did that now, then I'd have to go out and purchase new copies of games like GTA V, Far Cry 3 etc etc. Although given my current situation I can't afford either system, and may end up selling my 360 soon anyways. overall though, you're correct about it not being a big deal, but the way I see it, why purchase the same game twice if you already own it for one system?

All personal preference. The better all around machine is the xbox one if you like multimedia, want to multitask, and you want the TV integration if you don't already have a smart TV. Also i find that Live support is better. The PS4 is clearly a GAMING focused machine. It has better hardware. Graphics are better, its faster, But it is dedicated for gaming so that's how it should be. I would recommend getting whatever your other friends are getting or what system specific games look more appealing to you.
