I had a lot of good times, had a lot of laughs.

Every year I spend a week down in Cancun, which is usually the highlight.

I got my eyes fixed (had scar tissue removed from my right eye from an injury 26 years ago, lasik on the other).

My youngest son (who lives/goes to college about 5 hours away) got engaged this year. But THEN spent X-mas at HER family's.

My oldest son moved across country a few months ago.

I'm a single dad who raised two boys by himself since they were 1 and 3. This was the first time in 22 years my sons were not with me on Christmas.

So I was really sad on x-mas day. (You "young-ens" will understand when you have kids and they grow up.) But, I put a good face on it for my wife (got remarried last year) and my two step daughters.

Overall I have to rank it as a good year.

Well 2013 was a good year for me my family and my company. I have two children one 6 and one is 18 months and my wife is also busy. I hope next year
is good for everyone. Happy year to everyone and to all my Family and friends
at Edge-Gamers.;)

26 years old

2013 was easily the worst year of my life so far.

And that's all I will say.

I had some good times, and some bad times. I will say this past month have been the best month i've probably ever had.

Graduated school after 6 and ahalf years, finally getting my life on track, and I have a friend to help me down that road :).

Overall it was probably one of the worst years of my life. But it was a learning experience as well. I lost some very important people in my life. But I gained some new ones. Managed to get myself into a band and play a sold out show in hollywood! Got my drinking and my ptsd under control, Even managed to get myself back in touch with reality. But its been a difficult road, I dont really see the bumps going away soon. But at least they are getting smaller.

2013 - I graduated from post-secondary and secured a job in the industry I want to have a career in. Best year.

got my car dents and scratches fixed.

built a new mid-end gaming PC. (runs all my games pretty great though)

phone battery starts failing.

got a new glasses frame to replace my old one.

etc and etc..

overall it was a good, almost great year.
looking forward 2014.
:)

My ex started rumors about me and attempted to systematically ruin my high school career. Yay, high school relationships!

Things are starting to look up though, and I have realized I have more friends than I previously thought.

2013 had its ups and downs. But, since I really got plugged into eGO, my gaming life has gotten better. My personal life, well...it's improving. Hopefully 2014 is better!

Generally, it was an good-excellent year.
0) A lot of family drama for first half of the year.
1) Hydroplaned into a semi truck during my commute to school. Nothing I could do. 3 inches of water at 40 mph.
2) Flew to Phoenix to look at a used car, turned out to be a lemon. Glad that ticket was free.
3) Bought a brand new Honda Accord Sport. Cosigned with parents, made a pact to not make any modifications to it whatsoever.
4) Broke the pact 3 weeks after the purchase of the car, upgraded the headlights and daytime running lights.
5) Had a terrible break up in beginning of July after 1.5 year relationship. Family conflicts are bitches, especially if they are international. My ex is Korean, I am Belarusian.
6) Planned out a massive sound deadening project and a sound system was replaced for my car. Swapped sway bars. Car handles like a go-kart. The sound deadening project was my anti-depressant.
7) Got to see my family for 10 days in middle of August. 4 of those days were for sleep. Burned out from school, family stress, and car stuff.
8) Finished my car project after 2 months.
9) Switched majors from computer engineering to electrical engineering. Great decision.
10) Started exercising again. What a great way to kill time and get strong. Soon, I will be a chick magnet.
11) Christmas was great, friends are great, school is great, weather is great, etc.

End of story!

Besides being hurt on duty and having to have neck surgery in Jan it was a ok year. Not really trilled on being injured and out of work since August.
