Additional info for people like myself who listen to the recording of the meeting.
I wasn't home to listen to the meeting live. When listening to the meeting you can't see the links people are posting in their comments and what not. Also there's a somewhat brief synopsis of what was said for the people who don't have an hour to listen or don't have Ventrilo installed for whatever reason.
If there is anything here that is incorrect or that i missed please let me know so i can update the post.
Scrim Stuff
There is a new map being worked on that will be used for scrims. This is being done to clear up some of the misunderstandings about the scoring system used to decide scrim winner.
This map will be 5 capture points. Whichever team gets control of all 5 will be given one point.
420 Crazed Arena was mentioned as being the basis for the new scrim map being created. This is not the map that will be used as is. It is the basis for the one being created. Links provided if you wanna see a general idea.

Other Custom Maps
If you want a server with a custom map rotation instead of a set 2Fort, Well, etc., use the poll on the left side of the website to voice your opinion. If there is enough interest then the possibility of a new server with a custom map rotation will be explored. Custom map being created for Scrims will probably be put into the rotation for this custom map rotation if we ever have a custom map server.
T-Shirt Stuff
Some people are unsure of how to get a T-Shirt. Someone during the meeting said that all you have to do is send in a $30 donation. 20 of that goes to keeping the servers up and 10 to the actual cost of the T-Shirt. Donations can be sent through paypal or regular mail. Information in "Donate" box on right hand side of the page.

As you can see, it is in the middle but extends to the left so both sides were right in their own little ways
Road Trips
Road trips are basically eG's and eGO's going and playing on another clans server as a scheduled event. Unfortunately this is not available to e's as there are generally not enough spots
WTB Event
Mostly Harmless is still working out all the exact details.
List based on your standing in server stats. Goto http://ego.hlstatsx.com/?game=tf click Player Rankings to see yours.
Winner will get a special custom image that they can use as a forum signature to show their pride if they choose to do so. Also an actual prize will be given. No worries for members outside the continental US. The prize will still be gotten to you if you are outside the US.

I forget who they said was working on the map. Anyone remember the 2 people that are working on it?
Redspring, what are you downloading that the folder is empty in? If it's that 420 map i'm not sure why it's empty. works fine for me. I click the blue downward facing arrow next to download. The file has a folder called "maps" with the map files in it and a text file telling you where to put the maps for it to work.
