I've been trying to figure out how to make pictures look like old school NES looking pics dose anyone know how or is there a site where i can get some??

I could, in theory, do this with photoshop. Separate an image into sections and lay single color maps over those sections. I'd just have to find a way to pixelate the edges in a consistent looking way. Did you have a particular image in mind?

I think there is a filter in Photoshop for pixelation.

There are actually a couple, but Nintendo had a very specific look that I'm not sure any of them replicate directly.

Try ShyGuy Kingdom. They have a great collection of sprites from almost every console. Here's a link

Specifically choose Sprites->Browse By System on the left and you can get to NES sprites.
