Hey guys, Dan here.

Havent been on in awhile, how have you been?

Well anyways, I have this Computer:
here are the specs: SPECIFICATIONS

Well i have had this for quite awhile, and i cant move on yet, my plan by next christmas is to build a gaming rig, but untill then i have to make due.

So here is my question:
I need to upgrade the graphics card, and i think i found a neat one thats relatively cheap here
but if there is one cheaper but better please let me know.

i need to upgrade the power supply, and i found a nice cheap one here but i have found some other cheaper ones, even with higher wattage.

I need YOUR help on deciding on a graphics card, and a power supply. I need opnions and advice.

Thanks for reading and taking the time out of your day to help someone out.

edit: Incase your wondering what i am looking to do, im trying to atleast play Planetside 2, Natural Selection 2, and Arma 2 on High-ish settings. I can settle for medium to low if need be.

Well heres the big question: what is your price range when it comes to upgrading your video card & psu?

Just because a power supply has higher wattage at a lower price doesn't exactly mean that its quality is top notch. What ive always done is looked at the warranties. I would say wait until Newegg really puts a good psu on sale coming soon. Im talking something around the 600w area (which gives plenty of room for everything from cpu to memory, etc). I have a 650w psu & am extremely pleased with it.

Same sale goes for video cards. They arent always noticeable with Newegg, but sometimes you'll catch a good gem or 2.
