Back, just in time for my five year award!

Does 'The Sloth' refer to how quickly you have been promoted?

[The Sloth]

It's probably due to the fact that I've been super busy for the past four or so years, never asking for a promotion just because I enjoy playing on the servers and the people when I could scrounge the time. Never really occurred to me that I "needed" one, nor did it come up on my top ten to do list accomplishments for the year(if I were to actually form such a list)
