Big thanks to the Event Committee this week!!

Just wanted to say that it was a super week of events this week in the CS:S division. From Monday's Gun games, to Wednesday's Titans vs Heros, and Friday's Mini-games, I had a lot of fun. Saturday's Extreme Climb was a bit daunting for me as I've never really had the jumping skills in CS or CS:S even though I've played t his game a lot over the past 10 years. I do have to say that the repetitive nature with the cp menu allowed me to do things I have never knowingly done before. Long jump, strafe jumps, etc. While I didn't win or come close to winning, I did improve my skills which I think makes me a better player.

Thanks for hosting to all the EC hosts this week and keep it going. This makes eGO so much fun and different from the daily Italy/Office/Jail/Dust maps. If this is any indication of what 2014 is going to be like for the CS:S division, it is a very good sign!!!!

Messed up climb for me? The only person that can mess up climb is me and my inept skills. I did do my first real strafe jump, though. I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks.

Without giving too much away, looking forward to this week's events and laughing my butt off at the password scheme. Mostly because I saw MC Hammer (and Vanilla Ice) back on Oct 31st, 1991, in concert. Laughable in retrospect (sort of like my mullet in HS), but it was a very entertaining show regardless.
