Spray Request

I'm absolutely horrible at making sprays.
And my current spray is an animated one of a Nyan Cat with David Tennant's face on it.
I'd like a new one c;

My idea of this spray would be a smirking Spy wearing a Familiar Fez hat and a Dr. Whoa bow-tie stepping out of a TARDIS in 2Fort. Somewhere in the spray, I'd like my name (Rawburt). I don't really want another animated spray, so you don't have to go through that pain XD

Yeah I wasn't working with the best files :S... I should just take my own screens lol.
