My PC took a dump

Hope to be back up and running again soon, my PC monitor went black so it looks like I need a new system. I have a Gateway Profile (the monitor is built into the PC) so if the monitor goes...the PC goes. Gonna weigh out the cost to repair compaired to the price of a new system and go from there. My laptop has an accelerated video card but does no good when the LCD cant handle the game...lol. Hopefully I will be smackin your skulls again soon with my "wrench".
